By accessing or using Loomics at https://loomics.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Loomics is a multi-platform creator analytics and social media intelligence platform built for content creators, social media agencies, and brands. We provide read-only access to analytics data from connected social media accounts via their official APIs.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Authentication is handled via Google OAuth 2.0. We never store your Google password.
You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Loomics platform. Prohibited activities include: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, using the service to distribute malware or spam, scraping or data-mining the platform without authorization, or using the service in violation of applicable law.

5. Third-Party APIs & Services

Loomics integrates with third-party APIs including YouTube Data API v3, Google OAuth 2.0, Meta Graph API, and LinkedIn API. Your use of connected accounts is subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party APIs that may affect service availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and functionality of Loomics are the exclusive property of ACUTE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Loomics is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACUTE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
