Social Platform Data (Authorized Connections): When you connect YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), or LinkedIn accounts via official OAuth 2.0 flows, we access basic channel metrics, follower counts, and engagement analytics solely to display your creator dashboard.
System & Device Metrics: Anonymized usage telemetry, device platform type, and session tokens to maintain security and persistent login.

3. YouTube API & Google Data Usage Policy

Loomics uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth 2.0 authentication. By connecting your YouTube channel or signing in with Google, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure: Loomics's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data obtained via YouTube API Services is strictly limited to displaying subscriber growth, video performance, and audience retention metrics within your private dashboard. We do not sell, transfer, or share Google user data with third-party advertisers.

4. Data Security & Storage

All user data is stored within isolated, high-security PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB containers hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with full TLS 1.3 transport encryption. OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest and are used strictly for authorized read-only analytical queries.
